I was recently contemplating &quot;doing&quot; and &quot;non-doing&quot;.  A NON-DOING mind DOING compassionate actions in the world benefits everyone it comes in contact with.  A doing mind doing selfish unconscious actions creates a lot of negative karma, including tragedies like Newtown.  

Perhaps, a NON-DOING mind would have no choice but to DO whatever it takes to help others to recognize their NON-DOING minds. This may include feeding them, clothing them, sheltering them, teaching them and loving them, to name a few. At times, it may even include DOING NOTHING.</description>
